ACT/PSAT/SAT Exam Prep
My ACT/PSAT/SAT exam prep is personalized, strategic, and results-driven. Having earned a 1560 on the SAT, a 1510 on the PSAT with National Merit Scholar recognition, and a perfect 36 on the ACT, I know how to approach standardized tests with both strategy and precision. We will begin by reviewing any previous score reports or practice test results to identify strengths, weaknesses, and patterns across sections and question types. From there, each session will focus on targeted concept review, guided practice questions, and test-taking strategies tailored to the student’s needs. Depending on the student’s goals and schedule, I can also assign optional homework between sessions to reinforce key skills and track progress. Students may also reach out via text for quick questions, accountability, or clarification in between meetings. The goal is to help each student build both the skills and confidence needed to improve their score.
Application Review
My application review service focuses on the overall structure, clarity, and strategy of a student’s application, excluding essay review. I can review the Common App, UC application, or another specific application to help students present their academic background, extracurricular activities, honors, and other sections as clearly and effectively as possible. This includes refining activity descriptions, checking whether the application highlights the student’s strongest experiences, identifying gaps or missed opportunities, and making sure the overall profile feels cohesive. The goal is to help students submit an application that is polished, accurate, and strategically aligned with the colleges or programs they are applying to.
Essay Review
My essay review service is an asynchronous, feedback-focused process designed to help students strengthen up to 5 college application essays before meeting live. Students will send me their essays in advance, and I will review them carefully for structure, clarity, voice, storytelling, specificity, and overall impact. During our session, we will go over my detailed feedback together, discussing what is working well, what could be stronger, and how to revise the essay while preserving the student’s authentic voice. This service can be used for Common App personal statements, UC PIQs, supplemental essays, or other application-related writing.

Originally from San Diego, I'm currently a sophomore at Columbia University pursuing a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics with a minor in Dance. Growing up, I dedicated my time to competitive dance and professional ballet training, culminating in a gap year dancing with the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre before matriculating in university. Alongside rigorous academics, I balance hands-on experience across both industry and research. Currently, I'm shipping full-stack features for two startups while contributing to three research projects spanning multiple areas of computer science. In addition, I'm deeply involved in the dance and tech communities on campus. I have several years of experience tutoring students in AP subjects and PSAT/SAT/ACT preparation, helping students achieve SAT score increases of over 200 points. I also have experience with college advising, from researching programs and editing essays to refining extracurricular profiles. I am excited to help Colleged mentees navigate the college application process with confidence and succeed in reaching their goals!
